As someone who loves following the financial markets, I explored how Large Language Models (LLMs) could be used to analyze user reviews and evaluate investor sentiment related to brokerage apps.
I outlined an architectural diagram to showcase practical applications of LLMs in evaluating Ease-of-Use sentiment found in mock-up Google Play Store reviews of Robinhood, E*Trade, and IBKR Mobile.
I created data-visualizations showcasing how review sentiment can be analyzed efficiently to detect trends in the most frequent praise or criticism of the app’s UI/UX.
